Post Touch Drill

One thing that our team lacked this year is a competitive/battling mindset in the post. This is a great drill that teaches your players how to gain advantage and get in position to score.

If you do not want to use a cone, have your players touch the baseline. Additionally, you can pre-determine the offense/defensive players before making the initial pass.

posttouchWant to turn this drill into a fast break situation? Start your players at half-court and have them sprint in and perform the same drill.
