25/50 Drill

Too often I see kids waste so much time in the gym just throwing shots at the rim but not making the most of their time. This drill will force your players to get up hundreds of shots if you repeat the drill several times.

If your players are younger or not great three point shooters. Move them in and have them shoot Close Range and Mid Range jumpers instead of 2’s and 3’s.
