Cone Attack Drill

One thing that most young (and old) players with is attacking the rim and being double teamed. Players usually either throw the ball or away or try to split the defense, which results in a turnover.

This is a great drill to teach your players how to effectively back dribble out of pressure and then re-attack from numerous angles.
