Post Direct Passing Drill

This is a drill I got from Kevin Eastman several years ago at the University of Florida clinic. I know as coaches we teach our young players to not make one handed passes. However, I do believe that this drill does teach players how to effectively catch, look opposite, and make a strong bullet pass under control.

This is especially a great drill if you have a player who often gets double teamed on the block and must locate the open man and fire out a strong pass.
