Last night I went to check out the Florida International vs Florida Gulf Coast game in Fort Myers. Not only is FGCU having a great season so far, but I also wanted to see a couple of friends who coach at FIU. In the 1st Half FIU ran this half-court set to get a nice post up off the block.

The Milwaukee Bucks ran this action Monday night vs the New Orleans Hornets. The Bucks try to New Orleans’ smaller guards to switch and create a mismatch for Mbah a Moute in the post.

Last night the Miami Heat started running a lot of false action that led to a post feed for LeBron. After the post feed, the Heat did a great job of spacing the floor with movement to keep the defense occupied.
